About the Position
Afternoon (2nd Shift) - Online Casino Dealer - No Experience Needed - Up to $25/hr (Tips) | Hiring Now
Location: Philadelphia, United States
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
- Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
- Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Must be able to complete paid training
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in restaurants, retail, hotels, reception, entertainment, call centers, or casino roles

- $17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20–25/hr
