About the Position

Veolia, a global leader in environmental services with nearly 215,000 employees worldwide, is seeking an Agent d'accueil et de pesée H/F in Villeneuve-Loubet, France. As a partner to many industries and communities, Veolia aims to become the leading producer of renewable resources in France through innovative solutions in waste management.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the Villeneuve-Loubet site
• Welcome and inform light vehicles (suppliers, visitors, municipalities)
• Ensure proper execution of weighing operations at the Villeneuve-Loubet site
• Perform manual weighing using the computer weighing system
• Record tons evacuated and brought (if applicable)
• Manage vehicle traffic in accordance with operations for site access
• Complete administrative documents for Eco-Organisms, clients, and suppliers
• Fill in the computer systems of Eco-Organisms (specific IT platform)
• Respect and enforce site hygiene and safety procedures
• Wear provided personal protective equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and work areas

Requirements

• Minimum Bac education
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of waste transport regulations
• Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety rules
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Ability to communicate effectively and meet the expectations of internal and external clients
• Adherence to safety rules (fire, etc.) and active participation in promoting a safety culture
• Demonstrate organization and method in the execution of tasks
