Como Shop Agent, serás responsable de asegurar una experiencia fluida y cordial para nuestros pasajeros en el terminal.
Responsibilities
- Venta de pasajes, gestión de reservas, cambios y cancelaciones.
- Apoyo en el check-in de pasajeros y coordinación en salidas y llegadas.
- Manejo de caja, cuadratura diaria y documentación de cierre de turno.
- Coordinación con Control de Tráfico, Operaciones y conductores.
- Apoyo a actividades promocionales cuando sea necesario.
- Mejora continua de procesos para mayor eficiencia y seguridad.
- Atención de clientes de manera amable, clara y orientada a soluciones.
Requirements
- Buscamos personas responsables, motivadas y con fuerte vocación de servicio. Idealmente:
- Experiencia previa en atención de clientes (retail, servicios, turismo, supermercados, call center o similares).
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Manejo básico de caja y medios de pago.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos mañana, tarde o noche según necesidad operativa. Alto sentido ético, honestidad y responsabilidad en el manejo de dinero y atención al cliente.
- Educación media completa (técnico-administrativo/comercial deseable).
- Comodidad utilizando herramientas digitales (MS Office básico, smartphone, apps y sistemas de reserva).
