SumUp is seeking experienced sales agents and business brokers in the payments sector for the Campania region. This role involves developing the SumUp commercial network in Campania by creating new business opportunities on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Development: Direct sales to shops, restaurants, professionals, and small businesses in Campania.
• Client Engagement: Direct presence on the territory, direct contact with local businesses, building relationships and word-of-mouth; potential appointments provided by the SDR team.
• Commission Structure: Commissions on sales and recurring monthly commissions on transactions, with no maximum limit.
• Daily Activities: Independently organize your schedule and area of activity, meeting with merchants and professionals to understand their payment management and present suitable solutions.
• Client Support: From the first conversation to solution selection and activation, guide clients through a quick and digital process.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with acquired clients to develop the portfolio and generate new referrals.

Requirements

• Experience: Professionals with experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, SMEs, retail, or HORECA.
• Skills: Ability to independently create new business opportunities and develop relationships with continuity and method.
• Documentation: Active VAT number or willingness to open one before starting the activity.
• Tools: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Availability: Stable presence and willingness to move within the assigned area in Campania.
