SumUp is seeking experienced sales agents and business developers to expand our commercial network in the payments sector in Abruzzo-Molise.

Responsibilities

Sales and Development: Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in the Abruzzo-Molise region.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, leveraging direct presence, local contacts, and word-of-mouth.
Solution Presentation: Present SumUp's payment solutions, highlighting their ease of use, quick activation, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
Customer Journey: Guide clients from initial conversation to solution selection and activation through a rapid, digital process.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and visits, documenting opportunities in the Sidekick digital tool.
Portfolio Management: Nurture relationships with acquired clients to grow the portfolio and generate new referrals.
Support Coordination: Manage appointments and qualified leads provided by the internal SDR team when available.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, with SMEs, retail, or HORECA sectors.
Independence: Ability to create new business opportunities independently and build relationships systematically.
Tax ID: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
Organization: Strong self-management skills and goal orientation.
Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
Presence: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned Abruzzo-Molise area.
Local Network: An existing network of local contacts in retail or HORECA is a plus.

We Offer

Commission Structure: 50% commission on each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software. Commission on the first year's turnover and recurring monthly commission on net revenues.
Training: Initial online training on products and sales methods.
Support: On-site support from the reference team.
Brand Support: Direct mandate and support from a recognized brand in the payments sector.
Digital Activation: Quick digital activation of clients with minimal bureaucracy.
