SumUp is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team in the payments sector, focusing on direct sales in Puglia-Basilicata.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the SumUp sales network in Puglia-Basilicata.
• Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses through direct contact and networking.
• Present and explain SumUp payment solutions to potential clients.
• Guide clients from initial conversation to solution activation.
• Plan follow-up visits and manage client relationships to grow the client base.
• Utilize appointments and contacts provided by the internal SDR team.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, retail, or HORECA.
• Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Ability to independently create new business opportunities and build relationships.
• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools.
• Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Puglia-Basilicata.

Nice to Have

• Local contacts in retail or HORECA.
• Skills in relationship building, networking, and autonomous work.

Compensation

• 50% commission on the value of each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software.
• Commission on the first year's turnover, calculated on the net revenue generated by acquired clients.
• Recurring monthly commission on net revenue: as you continue to acquire new clients, your existing client portfolio can continue to generate income based on turnover.

Average earnings:

• In the first months, active agents earn an average of €3,000–€4,000 gross per month.
• With a consolidated client base, the average can exceed €5,000 gross per month.
• The top 20% of agents earn over €13,000 gross per month.
