SumUp is seeking experienced sales agents and business developers for the payments sector in the Marche-Umbria region. This role involves direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises. The position offers a commission-based income structure with no upper limit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client portfolio in the Marche-Umbria region.
• Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises.
• Build relationships through direct contact and referrals.
• Present and explain SumUp's payment solutions to potential clients.
• Guide clients from initial conversation to solution activation.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage client relationships to generate recurring commissions.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, with SMEs, retail, or HORECA.
• Ability to independently create new business opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Self-management skills and strong goal orientation.
• Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Stable presence and willingness to travel within the Marche-Umbria region.

Skills Preferred

• Experience in retail or HORECA sectors.
• Proficiency in digital payments.

Compensation

The commission structure is performance-based with no maximum limit:

• 50% commission on the sale of each product, including POS, hardware, and software.
• Commission on the first year's revenue generated by acquired clients.
• Monthly recurring commission on net revenue: as you acquire new clients, your existing portfolio can continue to generate income.

Based on the performance of the sales network:

• Active agents earn an average of €3,000–€4,000 gross per month in the first months.
• With a consolidated portfolio, the average can exceed €5,000 gross per month.
• The top 20% of agents earn over €13,000 gross per month.

The mentioned earnings are not guaranteed and depend on activity, sales, client transactions, and the commission plan conditions.
