SumUp is seeking experienced sales agents and business brokers in the payment sector for the Triveneto region. This role involves direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises. The position is based on a commission structure with no maximum limit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client base in the Triveneto region.
• Conduct direct sales to local businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises.
• Build relationships through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
• Present and explain SumUp's payment solutions.
• Manage client relationships to generate recurring commissions.
• Utilize provided appointments from the SDR team as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, in sectors like PMI, retail, or HORECA.
• Ability to independently create new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong self-management and goal orientation.
• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools.
• Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned Triveneto area.

About the Compensation

The commission structure is performance-based with no maximum limit:

• 50% commission on the value of each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software.
• Commission on the first year's turnover, calculated on the net revenue generated by acquired clients.
• Recurring monthly commission on net revenue: as you acquire new clients, your existing portfolio can continue to generate income based on turnover.

Based on the performance of the sales network:

• In the first months, active agents earn an average of €3,000–€4,000 gross per month.
• With a consolidated portfolio, the average can exceed €5,000 gross per month.
• The top 20% of agents earn over €13,000 gross per month.

The mentioned earnings are not guaranteed and depend on activity, sales, client turnover, and the commission plan conditions, which will be explained during the interview.
