SumUp is seeking sales agents and business brokers with VAT in the payments sector for the Piemonte/Valle D'aosta region. This is an autonomous commercial activity primarily conducted on-site. Compensation is result-based, including commissions on new sales and recurring commissions from customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the SumUp commercial network in Piemonte/Valle D'aosta.
• Conduct direct sales to shops, restaurants, professionals, and small businesses.
• Build client relationships through direct contact, local connections, and word of mouth.
• Present SumUp solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits.
• Manage client relationships to develop an active client portfolio for recurring commissions.
• Utilize appointments and contacts provided by the internal SDR team.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, SMEs, retail, or HORECA.
• Ability to create new business opportunities and maintain continuous client relationships.
• Active VAT number or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Autonomy in managing schedules and strong goal orientation.
• Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Piemonte/Valle D'aosta.

Compensation

The commission plan is result-based with no maximum limit:

• 50% commission on the value of each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software.
• Commission on the first year's turnover, calculated on the net revenue generated by acquired clients.
• Monthly recurring commission on net revenue: as you continue to acquire new clients, the existing portfolio can continue to generate income based on turnover.

Based on the active commercial network's results:

• In the first months, active agents earn an average of €3,000–€4,000 gross per month.
• With a consolidated portfolio, the average can exceed €5,000 gross per month.
• The top 20% of agents with the highest results exceed €13,000 gross per month.

The mentioned earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the activity, concluded sales, client turnover, and the terms of the commission plan, which will be explained during the interview.
