SumUp, a leading company in the payments sector, is looking for a Sales Agent/Broker (P. IVA) to join our team in Bergamo, Italy. This role involves developing a client portfolio to generate recurring commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Development: Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in the Lombardy region.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses through direct contact, networking, and word-of-mouth.
• Solution Presentation: Demonstrate SumUp's payment solutions, highlighting their ease of use, quick setup, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
• Client Support: Guide clients from initial conversation to solution selection and activation, ensuring a smooth and digital process.
• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and visits, and manage opportunities using the Sidekick tool.
• Portfolio Management: Nurture client relationships to expand the client base and generate new leads.
• Support: Manage appointments and qualified leads provided by the internal SDR team when available.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, in sectors like SMEs, retail, or HORECA.
• Skills: Ability to independently create new business opportunities and build continuous relationships.
• Tax Status: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting the role.
• Autonomy: Self-management of schedules and strong goal orientation.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with smartphones and digital tools.
• Availability: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Lombardy.

We Offer

• Compensation: Performance-based commission structure with no maximum limit.
  • 50% commission on the sale of each product, including POS, hardware, and software.
  • Commission on the first year's turnover from acquired clients.
  • Monthly recurring commission on net revenue as the client base grows.
• Support: Initial online training on products and sales methods, on-site support from the reference team, direct mandate, and support from a recognized brand in the payments sector.
• Activation: Digital and quick customer activation with reduced bureaucracy.
