SumUp is seeking experienced sales agents and business developers in the payments sector for Tuscany. This role involves creating a network of active clients capable of generating recurring commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in Tuscany.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses through direct contact, referrals, and word of mouth.
• Solution Presentation: Demonstrate SumUp's payment solutions, highlighting their benefits such as ease of use, quick activation, reduced operational stress, and cost savings.
• Client Support: Guide clients from initial conversation to solution selection and activation, ensuring a smooth and digital process.
• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and visits, recording opportunities in the Sidekick tool.
• Portfolio Management: Nurture client relationships to expand the client base and generate new referrals.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably B2B, in sectors like retail, HORECA, or digital services.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to independently create new business opportunities and maintain continuous client relationships.
• Tax ID: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting the role.
• Autonomy: Strong organizational skills and goal orientation.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Availability: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Tuscany.

We Offer

• Commission Structure: 50% commission on each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software. Additionally, a commission on the first year's turnover and recurring monthly commissions based on net revenue.
• Training: Initial online training on products and sales methods, along with on-site support from the SumUp team.
• Brand Support: Direct mandate and support from a recognized brand in the payments sector.
• Digital Activation: Quick digital activation of clients with minimal bureaucracy.
