SumUp is seeking independent sales agents in Bologna, Italy, to develop a client portfolio for recurring commissions in the payment sector.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Develop a client portfolio for recurring commissions in the payment sector.
• Field Sales: Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in Emilia-Romagna.
• Client Development: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses through direct contact, networking, and word-of-mouth.
• Appointments: Utilize appointments provided by the SDR team when available.
• Performance: Aim to build an active client base capable of generating stable recurring commissions.

Requirements

• Experience: Proficiency in direct sales, preferably B2B, in sectors like SMEs, retail, or HORECA.
• Independence: Ability to create new business opportunities and maintain continuous relationships.
• Tax ID: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Organization: Strong self-management skills and goal orientation.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Presence: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Emilia-Romagna.

We Offer

• Commission Structure: 50% commission on the value of each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software.
• First-Year Commission: Commission on the net revenue generated by acquired clients.
• Recurring Monthly Commission: Ongoing commission based on the net revenue of the client portfolio.
• Potential Earnings: Average earnings range from €3,000–€4,000 gross per month in the initial months, potentially exceeding €5,000 gross per month with a consolidated portfolio.
• Training: Initial online training on products and sales methods.
• Support: On-site support from the reference team.
• Brand: Direct mandate and support from a recognized brand in the payment sector.
• Digital Activation: Quick digital activation of clients with reduced bureaucracy.
