SumUp is seeking an experienced Agente di commercio / Procacciatore (P. IVA) in the payments sector to join our team in Livorno, Italy. This role involves developing a client base capable of generating recurring commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Development: Engage in direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in Tuscany.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships through direct contact, local networking, and word-of-mouth.
• Solution Presentation: Introduce and explain SumUp's payment solutions, highlighting their benefits.
• Client Support: Guide clients from initial conversation to solution activation, ensuring a smooth and digital process.
• Performance Tracking: Schedule follow-ups and track opportunities using the Sidekick tool.
• Portfolio Growth: Cultivate client relationships to expand the client base and generate new leads.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or HORECA sectors.
• Skills: Ability to create new business opportunities and maintain continuous client relationships.
• Documentation: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Autonomy: Self-management of schedules and strong goal orientation.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Mobility: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned area in Tuscany.

We Offer

• Commission Structure: 50% commission on each product sold, including POS, hardware, and software. Additional commission on the first year's turnover and recurring monthly commission on net revenues.
