About the Position

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our team at N26. This role involves coaching and mentoring teams to adopt agile practices.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams to adopt agile practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops
Support teams in overcoming challenges and improving processes

Requirements

Proven experience as an Agile Coach
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech industry
Certification in Agile practices
