Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile transformations within the team
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Agile: Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
