About the Position
We are looking for a skilled AI Agent Developer to join an exciting new private-sector project. The core team is already in place - now we’re looking for the final key contributor to complete it.
This is a fully remote role, with occasional in-person team gatherings in Tampere, Jyväskylä, or Helsinki to strengthen collaboration.
Responsibilities
You will play a central role in designing and developing intelligent AI agents, contributing to a modern cloud-based architecture and helping shape the direction of the project from an early stage.
Requirements
- Strong software development background, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development
- Solid skills in Python
- Experience with Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder or Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK), or similar agent platforms
- Familiarity with Gemini and other LLMs, tool / function calling, retrieval (RAG) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Understanding of agent evaluation, guardrails and observability for AI agents running in production
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
