アジア15ヵ国の事業オペレーションをAIで再定義し、グローバル展開を主導するAI Builderを募集
Responsibilities
- 業務のAIエージェント化: 担当ドメイン（マーケ／EC／物流／DX等）の業務プロセスを整理し、AIエージェントとして設計・実装します。
- 品質管理プロセスの設計と統括:
- 事業インパクトの最大化: エージェント化した業務の効果を検証し、他事業・他国展開への横展開を主導します。
- ステークホルダーとの連携: エンジニアチームや事業部・ビジネスサイドと連携し、要件の言語化から導入後の運用改善までを一気通貫で推進します。
Requirements
必須要件
- 特定の事業ドメインで現場の業務プロセスを深く理解し、構造化した経験
- 品質を見極め、責任を持つ姿勢：AIのアウトプットが正しいかを検証し、品質・成果に自ら責任を持って意思決定できる思考力
- 論理的思考力とビジネスコミュニケーション能力：事業サイド・開発サイド双方と連携し、課題を構造化して推進できる
歓迎条件
- SEやテックリード等のエンジニア経験を経てPM・企画職に転向した方
- LLMを活用したプロンプト・ハーネス等の設計を含む、業務自動化経験
- マーケ／EC／広告運用／物流／DX等の領域でのAI活用・業務自動化の実務経験
- 事業会社・SaaS等でのプロダクト企画・グロース経験
- 英語環境でのコミュニケーション経験
