AI Business Analyst - Wealth & Asset Management

Responsibilities
- Support wealth and asset management clients on transformation initiatives across advisory, operations, and digital change.
- Help define and deliver practical solutions that improve client journeys, strengthen governance, and create measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape project direction and support successful delivery.
- Contribute to business development through insight, analysis, and a strong understanding of the WAM market.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and consistent execution.
Requirements
- Experience in wealth and asset management, financial services, or a closely related consulting environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the pressures facing WAM firms.
- A structured, analytical approach with the ability to turn complexity into clear actions.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting transformation programmes in wealth, asset management, or investment operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory, operating model, or client journey change within WAM.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, process improvement, or business analysis.
- Exposure to technology-enabled change in a financial services setting.
- An interest in market trends shaping the future of wealth management.
