About the Position

Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, as an AI Consultant to shape digital futures with AI. Work in a hybrid model across Munich, London, Amsterdam, Milan, and Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client executives, operators, and technical teams to identify where AI can change decisions, workflows, products, and business performance.
• Own the path from ambiguous strategic problem to deployed solution, shaping use cases, success metrics, solution concepts, implementation roadmaps, and adoption models.
• Embed with client teams to understand operational realities and rapidly test assumptions through prototypes, pilots, and direct user feedback.
• Bridge business and engineering by translating strategic priorities into clear technical requirements and helping delivery teams make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Drive alignment across executives, domain experts, data owners, technology teams, governance functions, and end users.
• Track whether deployed solutions create real value and use field evidence to refine the strategy, operating model, and next wave of AI initiatives.
• Turn client learnings into reusable playbooks, offerings, and market insights and support strategic business development for OMMAX.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• First professional experience in data management, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy solving complex, open-ended challenges.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and modern data platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
