AI Delivery Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead AI and Data projects from discovery to production. Combine delivery management expertise with AI, ML, and data technologies. Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technology and business, understanding business objectives - including business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI, ML).
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders.
• Act as the main delivery contact for clients; build trusted relationships.
• Oversee risk management, financials, and contract adherence.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI.
• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems).
• 3+ years of previous experience as an engineer (e.g., data scientist, machine learning engineer, data engineer, DevOps engineer, Python engineer).
• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies, as well as data management fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks).
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Ability to enforce engineering excellence while closely working with solution architects.
• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
