AI Developer Builder

About the Position

At Classiq Technologies, we’re shaping the future of quantum computing. Our mission is to make quantum computing practical and impactful by bridging the gap between hardware and real-world applications. Our platform enables developers and enterprises to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms at scale, automating complex processes and supporting teams from beginners to experts across diverse architectures.

We're looking for an AI Developer Builder to join our team in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. You'll build agentic systems that do real SDLC work, find the bottlenecks in our processes, and build the AI tooling that removes them. Agentic pipelines, internal tools, whatever the work demands. High ownership and a direct say in what gets built next.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDLC pipeline: ticket sync → planning → implementation → PR
• Design agentic systems: prompts, tools, evals, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, cost/latency tradeoffs
• Build integrations across Jira, GitHub, Figma, and LLM providers
• Own the roadmap, rollout, and adoption of internal AI tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong TypeScript/Node and/or Python
• Production LLM/agent experience: tool calling, orchestration, context pipelines, evals
• Ability to own a workstream from requirements through iteration and drive adoption without a team under you

Nice to Have

• Durable workflows (Restate/Temporal)
• React internal tools
• Agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP)
• Kubernetes/Datadog
• Interest in quantum

We Offer

• Competitive salary
• Full-time position
• Opportunity to work in a leading innovator in the quantum computing software ecosystem
