About the Position

We are seeking an AI Developer with experience in Python, LLM, RAG, and BM25 to join our team in Prague, working on AI platforms for industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Implement RAG - document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding, retrieval, and reranking
Work with multimodal data - text, images, technical drawings, video
Integrate structured data (SAP exports, CSV) with unstructured sources into unified search
Prompt engineering and context engineering - develop prompt chains, structure context, manage agent memory and orchestration logic
Build API layer and backend services
Write tests, evaluations, and iteratively improve the quality and reliability of agents
Participate in deploying solutions to production

Requirements

What we care about:

Experience in Python development
Practical experience with LLM, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Knowledge of vector databases and hybrid search (BM25 + vector)
Active use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in everyday work
Practical skills in prompt engineering and context engineering (context structure, prompt patterns, agent memory management)
Ability to independently solve problems and seek optimal approaches
Czech and English at a professional level

Advantage:

Experience with computer vision
Working with embedding models for images or video
Knowledge of graph databases
Experience with fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA) and deploying open-source LLM
Knowledge of guardrails, prompt injection mitigations, and AI safety practices
Experience with GraphRAG and knowledge graphs for enterprise data
