About the Position

Join Xebia as an AI DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native AI platforms and infrastructure using modern agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native AI platforms and infrastructure
• Developing, deploying, and optimizing AI agent solutions using modern agentic frameworks, MCP, and AI runtime technologies
• Enabling engineering teams through AI-assisted development, automation, and developer productivity tools
• Collaborating with software engineers, AI specialists, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or workflow automation platforms like n8n
• Practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agent-based workflows
• Experience with agentic runtimes, including xAgentic Runtime or similar frameworks
• Working knowledge of FastMCP, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and modern AI Agent Architectures
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices to improve software delivery, automation, and developer productivity
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
