You will turn manual, repetitive tasks in the day-to-day sales environment into lean, automated workflows - helping us build a more productive and scalable sales organization.

- Tools & Pilots: Test and pilot new AI tools to improve sales processes and build simple internal tools and workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Knowledge Sharing: Continuously document efficiency best practices and share them with the team.
- CRM & Reporting: Support CRM data quality and maintenance, create new reports, and adapt existing reports (e.g., in HubSpot) to the needs of the sales organization.
- Process Ownership: Act as the SPOC for our SME sales processes and maintain and update process documentation as processes evolve.
- Revenue-Driving Programs: Work closely with our VP SME Sales to develop new revenue-driving programs and take ownership of selected implementation tasks.
Requirements
- Dynamic Start-up/Scale-up Experience: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change at short notice, ad-hoc topics need to be solved pragmatically, and long-term changes are driven forward in parallel.
- Analytical Thinking: Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to reliably identify process bottlenecks in the sales workflow.
- Hands-on AI Experience: Strong practical experience with AI tools (e.g., automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools, prompting) and the ability to build your own solutions.
- Automation Mindset: Ability to identify repetitive manual sales tasks and replace them with automation and AI wherever possible.
- Curiosity & Initiative: Enjoyment in testing new tools and technologies and proactively contributing ideas.
- Technical Understanding: Solid basic understanding of interfaces and integrations between different tools.
- Quick to Learn Reporting & CRM Tools: Ability to quickly learn new tools with support from an experienced colleague.
- Operational Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and reliable work with consistency across recurring processes.
- Process Ownership: Independent documentation of processes and ensuring they remain consistent and up to date.
- Executive-Level Collaboration: Enjoy working closely with leadership on new initiatives and reliably taking ownership of assigned implementation steps.
- Language Skills: Confident communication in both German and English at C1 level, both verbally and in writing.
Nice to Have

- Your workplace: Flexible, hybrid work model from one of our modern offices with the opportunity to work from abroad within the EU for 2 weeks a year (*only applies to employees with an EU passport).
- Your footprint: A position in a profitable company where you have the freedom and confidence to help shape it and work with us on the “future of work”.
