About the Position
AI Engineer
Welcome on board, Titan
As an AI Engineer, you’ll design and build real AI-powered solutions for our clients - from agentic workflows and RAG pipelines to full-stack custom software - owning everything from architecture decisions to deployment. This is a hands-on role where you work directly with clients, pick the right tools for the job, and deliver things that actually work in production. If you’ve been tinkering with AI on evenings and weekends and want to do it full-time, for real clients, with real problems, then hop on! This is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
The position is hired only within the EU / Fluency in Estonian, both written and spoken is a strong bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Pick the right tools and architecture for each client - LLM providers, orchestration, observability, deployment, whatever the project needs
- Design and build AI solutions: agentic workflows, integrations, and custom software when off-the-shelf doesn’t cut it
- Work directly with clients to shape the approach and deliver things that actually matter
- Own what you build - from first commit to production
- Keep security in mind from the start
- Stay current - this space moves fast and that’s part of the job
- You’ll likely work with: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Docker, GCP (primarily), Anthropic/OpenAI/Google, Langfuse, Databricks, BigQuery, Airflow, n8n, MCP
Qualifications
- Proven software background - startup, scale-up, or otherwise. You’ve built and shipped real things with track record
- Solutions-oriented - you evaluate options, pick the right tools, and make them work together
- Hands-on LLM experience - an agent, workflow, or integration. Good news: side projects count as well.
- Already using agentic tools like Claude Code as part of how you work
- Comfortable with deployment and infrastructure - you own what you build end to end
- Fast and resourceful - you figure things out and ship
- Client-facing capable - clear communicator, comfortable with non-technical stakeholders
- Based in the EU (required). Fluent English; Estonian is a HUGE plus.
- Bonus: experience with data pipelines or messy real-world datasets
