You like to code and you know how to leverage the latest AI coding tools (like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude) to be more effective without compromising on quality. You excel at bridging the gap between data scientists and data engineers, and you manage to keep your stakeholders involved along the way.

Responsibilities

Senior ML Engineer

• Combine ML knowledge with software engineering rigor to build robust solutions.
• Take AI solutions into production to generate value, ensuring applications are scalable, testable, robust, and extendable.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Take a leading role regarding technical decisions and coach (junior) engineers.

Senior AI Engineer

• Develop cutting-edge AI applications, from GenAI solutions to agentic AI systems.
• Rigorously evaluate your solutions to ensure they deliver real business value.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Take a leading role regarding technical decisions and coach (junior) engineers.
