About the Position
AI Engineer
Aida is a B2B enterprise AI company founded by industry veterans. We are currently in stealth mode, developing deep AI assistants tailored for every role. Our team consists of 20 members based in Palo Alto and India. We are seeking a strong AI Engineer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions from ideation to fully functional deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Research and utilize the latest language models and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Prototype and compare state-of-the-art language models.
- Fine-tune open-source models and multiple LLMs.
- Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy.
Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building LLMs from the ground up.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Quick at prototyping and comparing SOTA language models.
- Exceptional academic credentials highly desired.
Nice to Have
- Experience in using and fine-tuning open-source models or multiple LLMs.
- An eye for new models in town and the ability to understand and use them quickly.
