You are fully convinced that data science isn’t a hype, but you also believe that, in order to be valuable and really make a company smarter, it must be done right. Your goal is therefore to create the most impactful solution possible in the quickest and easiest way possible so that real value can be extracted from data and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models in production environments.
• Utilize strong Python programming skills, including experience with API-building frameworks such as FastAPI and prototyping tools like Streamlit.
• Work with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Understand machine learning including model evaluation techniques and familiarity with advanced applications such as: NLP, forecasting, optimization, computer vision.
• Experience in working with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ML pipelines.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, and large language models.
• Hands-on knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search) for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate in a team environment with a drive to keep learning in a fast-evolving field.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing AI/ML models in production environments.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, as well as English.
