About the Position

Sopra Steria offers tailored end-to-end corporate technology and software solutions that help organizations make bold choices and achieve results. With over 51,000 colleagues in nearly 30 countries, we are among the top European digital solutions providers. Successful organizations in Europe trust our technology because we continuously strive for innovation, collaboration, and business development.

The world is how we shape it. Let’s shape it together.

Join our Data & AI team.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance, and visualization come together. Together, we help clients extract more value from their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI use cases that support better decision-making.

As an AI Engineer, you will contribute by designing, building, and industrializing AI solutions that solve concrete business problems and can be used in real operational environments.

You will bring traditional AI and generative AI to practical applications by helping our clients design, build, and deploy AI solutions. You will work on solutions ranging from machine learning models and NLP to LLMs, semantic search, RAG solutions, and conversational AI.

You will train, fine-tune, improve, and deploy ML and AI models. You will write production-ready Python code for online, batch, and real-time models, and you will build applications and software components that make AI-driven use cases usable in practice.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Architects, and other specialists to integrate all parts of the solution. Depending on the project, you will help build new AI solutions from scratch or support clients in managing and improving existing solutions in the medium to long term.

Within our Data & AI team, we help each other grow and continue to learn from each other. Are you looking for a role where you can combine AI engineering, software development, MLOps, and applied innovation? Then the Data & AI team at Sopra Steria is the right place for you.

We are looking for an AI Engineer who combines strong AI knowledge with solid software engineering skills. You can go beyond experimentation and help turn AI use cases into reliable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.
