Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent AI solutions
• Explore and implement modern Agentic AI architectures
• Work directly with senior stakeholders
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues
• Take ownership of critical projects from concept to deployment
• Influence how AI is adopted within large-scale enterprise environments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions in production
• Actively follows developments in Agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems
• Experiments with new technologies outside of work
• Enjoys solving complex problems simply because they're interesting
• Collaborative, approachable, and enjoys mentoring others
• Can make decisions and take ownership without excessive bureaucracy
• Values learning over ego
• Fluency in Swedish

Nice to Have

• Experience within Telecom, Connectivity, Infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
