AI Engineer (Generative AI & Agentic Systems)

About the Position
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join a fast-growing, international tech company and work on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems.
This is not a research role - we’re looking for someone who builds, deploys, and scales real AI products.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end Generative AI solutions
- Develop AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems
- Build and validate PoCs and production-ready solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in GenAI and agentic frameworks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Applied AI / Machine Learning (industry)
- Strong background in Software Engineering (Python preferred)
- Hands-on experience building:
- GenAI applications
- RAG pipelines
- Agent-based systems
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong communication skills and a builder mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, or similar tools
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (RAGAs, LangSmith)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices
