We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in generative NLP and AI agents to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, working on a significant state project.

About the Project

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our product Zakupivli.pro, the largest platform for government and commercial auctions, and an official participant in the electronic government procurement system Prozorro. Through us, the National Police buys food for guard dogs, and OKKO sells gasoline to the state. We have a web service, mobile application, and a training platform for customers and suppliers.

Technologies We Use

Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, GraphQL, Styled Components, Webpack
Backend: Python 3, aiohttp, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, S3 Compatible Storage
Infrastructure: Gitlab CI, Kubernetes, Docker

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate AI solutions: Create and implement solutions based on artificial intelligence, including generative models (text search, NER, recommendation systems, OCR).
Data handling: Ability to form samples, organize data labeling and cleaning, conduct EDA. Proficiency in SQL and ETL.
Python proficiency: Mastery of Python for developing AI solutions and integrating them into the backend. Experience with MLOps tools such as DVC, MLflow, Weights & Biases, tensorboard, Kubeflow, TF Serving, TorchServe, etc., is a significant advantage.
Prompt engineering: Experience in creating effective prompts to improve the quality of AI model responses.
Desire to grow: Openness to new knowledge and a willingness to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

Nice to Have

NLP model building and optimization experience.
Experience with building agents using LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Knowledge and experience with dspy.ai or similar services for managing prompt structures.
Experience with building quality assessment systems for agents based on LLM.
Practical experience with vector databases: Milvus, Vespa, Pinecone.
Experience with ML model monitoring tools: MLflow, Weights&Biases.
