AI Engineer, Platform Services (Backend)

About the Position

We are seeking an AI Engineer, Platform Services (Backend) to join our team. You will implement platform modules, design PostgreSQL schema, and write tests aligned to specs.

Responsibilities

• Implement platform modules per specs (authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, customer and SIM inventory, reporting).
• Design the PostgreSQL schema and EF Core migrations, REST APIs with OpenAPI, background jobs, and audit.
• Write unit and integration tests aligned to the specs.

Requirements

• Strong ASP.NET Core, C#, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• REST and API-first.
• AWS basics.
• AI-assisted, spec-driven delivery.
• Solid testing discipline (unit and integration tests aligned to specs).

Nice to Have

• Background job frameworks.
• Multi-tenant SaaS.
• IoT domain.

About the Project

Next-generation IoT connectivity platform that acts as a single system of record for connectivity operations. It replaces fragmented external portals and legacy tooling with one platform for visibility, orchestration, automation, reporting, and future billing. The platform is provider-agnostic (connectivity, eSIM orchestration, billing) with abstraction layers, and API-first. This role builds the foundation and system-of-record domains as modular, API-first services in Phase 1.
