We are based in Ravensburg and enjoy the proximity to Lake Constance. We are looking for someone to work on-site for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI solutions
- Automate business processes
- Advance software development with AI
- Integrate LLMs, AI interfaces, and intelligent functions into our existing applications based on ASP.NET and Vue.js.
- Develop RAG systems, AI agents, and agentic workflows that make corporate knowledge usable and automate tasks.
- Develop APIs and tools that allow AI systems to securely access data, applications, and business processes.
- Identify automation potentials with our specialist departments and develop suitable AI-supported solutions.
- Connect existing applications, databases, and corporate systems into continuous, intelligent processes.
- Gradually develop our system landscape and data structures.
- Productively use modern coding agents and AI development tools and establish best practices for their use.
- Develop methods to specify, structure, and reliably implement complex development tasks for AI agents.
- Develop and optimize an AI Agent Harness that supports AI agents in reliably and controlled implementation of complex tasks through structured context provision, clear guidelines, tool integration, and automated validation.
Requirements
- Software Development: Several years of experience in professional software development, ideally with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Vue.js, as well as solid knowledge of software architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- AI-supported Development: Experience with coding agents and a good understanding of how AI can be reliably used through clear requirements, context information, and coding guidelines.
- Technical Foundation: Proficient in Linux, Docker, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Ideally, knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and the modernization of legacy systems.
- Self-responsibility: You work independently, think analytically, and take responsibility for the technical design and implementation of your solutions.
- Communication: You can explain technical relationships comprehensibly, enjoy working with specialist departments, and have German language skills at least at C1 level.
