About the Position

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and hands-on experience with AI, ML, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

You will work with engineering and product teams to build intelligent applications, develop machine learning models, process large datasets, and integrate AI capabilities into production systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models.
Develop NLP solutions for text classification, extraction, sentiment analysis, and language understanding.
Prepare, clean, and transform datasets for AI/ML applications.
Implement machine learning algorithms and data-processing pipelines.
Integrate AI models and APIs into production applications.
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy and scalability.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related software engineering roles.
Strong Python programming skills.
Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Experience with NLP and natural language processing techniques.
Understanding of ML algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
Experience with libraries/frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or transformer-based models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with SQL and data processing.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures.
