About the Position

We design advanced solutions for data and AI transformation, modernize technology infrastructures, and develop next-generation core systems for leading banks, insurance companies, and industrial and robotics firms. Responsibilities
- Analyze AI use cases with customers and project teams, and support the development of suitable solution approaches.
- Develop ML and GenAI solutions, such as those based on LLMs, RAG, or classical machine learning methods.
- Work on the setup and further development of data and ML pipelines.
- Support the integration and deployment of AI applications in cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with data, cloud, and platform teams.
- Participate in workshops, customer projects, and internal initiatives, actively contributing your AI expertise.
Requirements
- Practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar libraries.
- Initial experience with GenAI applications and knowledge in topics such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or AI-supported solutions.
- Understanding of the essential steps in the development and deployment of AI solutions.
- Initial experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into viable AI solutions with experienced colleagues.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Very good German and English language skills.
