About the Position
plusone social impact is looking for an AI Enthusiast to help us implement AI tools in the agency's work and create solutions for the team and client projects.
Responsibilities
- Test various AI tools and explore how they can be applied in the agency's work.
- Work with LLMs: ChatGPT, claude, Gemini, and other tools.
- Help the team automate routine processes: research, strategies, communication products, document handling, etc.
- Create simple AI solution prototypes using no-code or low-code tools.
- Configure prompts, AI assistants, knowledge bases, and simple automations.
- Test solutions, find errors, improve logic, and bring ideas to a working format.
- Describe clear instructions for the team.
Requirements
- Interest in AI, automation, and new digital tools.
- Practical experience working with ChatGPT, claude, Gemini, or other LLMs.
- Ability to set AI tasks, work with context, verify, and improve results.
- Willingness to quickly assemble simple solutions, test hypotheses, and not be afraid of mistakes.
- Basic technical literacy: understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, variables, scenario logic.
- Ability to independently learn new tools and find solutions.
- Systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex things simply.
Interest in communications, strategies, marketing, or agency work is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cursor, claude Code, Replit, Lovable, or similar tools.
- Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Python.
- Experience creating bots, AI assistants, knowledge bases, or automations.
