Responsibilities

Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships
Deliver best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution
Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback
Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards
Challenge the status quo of what world-class ERP implementations look like

Requirements

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory, having led at least 4-5 end-to-end projects
Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus)
Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices
Customer-obsessed and love solving complex problems
Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ownership

We Offer

Equity: £40,000 - £70,000 GBP
Base salary: £85,000 - £130,000 GBP
Commission: £15,000 - £30,000 GBP
