AI Expert – Generative AI & Agentic Workflows
Remote - Wien, Österreich
About the Role
At Experts Inside, you will build AI Agents that understand and automate real business processes, not just chatbots. Whether using Low-Code with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Pro-Code with frameworks like LangChain or Microsoft Agent Framework, you understand the mechanics behind the models and know how to integrate solutions securely and efficiently in enterprise environments. As a Trusted Advisor, you will guide our clients from the use-case idea to productive implementation, translating technological trends into tangible benefits.
Responsibilities
- AI Agents: Design, develop, and deploy solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem and with open-source tools (e.g., LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework).
- Requirements-to-Solution: Translate business requirements into prompts, workflows, and tool/API integrations (precise, testable, maintainable).
- Integration & Automation: Integrate AI models into processes via Power Automate and APIs, ensuring data exchange (REST/JSON).
- Customer Consultation: Conduct workshops, identify use cases, and support clients from PoC to Go-Live (best practices, decision-making).
- Context & Prompt Engineering: Improve quality/performance with RAG, tool-calling, and external data connection (e.g., via MCP).
- Knowledge Leadership: Evaluate new models/tools, experiment, and share knowledge within the team and with clients.
Requirements
- In-depth AI Understanding: Understand LLMs (context, tokens, APIs) and the difference between prompting and agent architectures.
- Technical Background: Have pro-code experience (preferably Python) and be proficient with APIs/HTTP and JSON/XML.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Implement requirements in secure, scalable cloud setups and consider governance.
- Transferability: Quickly adapt to tools like Copilot Studio because you master agent/workflow logic.
- Consultant Mindset: Explain complex topics clearly, moderate confidently, and drive solutions proactively.
- Passion & Curiosity: Test new things, learn quickly, and stay engaged as models/tools evolve.
- Language Skills: Communicate confidently in German and English – making international collaboration easy.
- Presentation Skills: Present technical and business content convincingly – in workshops, proposals, and to teams.

Job Requirements
- Passionate about Generative AI and always up-to-date with trends like Agentic Workflows, RAG, and new models.
- Deep understanding of the functioning of LLMs (tokens, APIs, context engineering).
- Proficient in Python and solid knowledge of REST-APIs and JSON structures.
- Ability to quickly learn and productively use new tools.
- Enjoyment in consulting, a quick grasp of business processes, and strong communication skills.
- High self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility for innovative client projects.
- Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
