About the Position

AI Governance Specialist

We are seeking an AI Governance Specialist to manage AI governance and compliance in our innovative FinTech company, working remotely or in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the AI management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001 requirements.
• Develop, update, and monitor the execution of internal policies, procedures, and standards in the field of AI usage.
• Form and maintain a registry of AI systems, services, and usage scenarios.
• Conduct risk assessments related to the use of AI-based solutions.
• Monitor the implementation of information security measures for large language model (LLM) solutions.
• Monitor compliance with AI usage management requirements and security measures.
• Prepare and support documentation for internal and external audits.
• Control the execution of corrective actions and improvement plans based on audit results.
• Collaborate with other departments on AI usage management issues.
• Prepare analytical and management reports on the status of AI governance and risks.
• Participate in the evaluation and risk control processes of third-party AI services and providers.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Security, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 from 1 year.
• Experience in internal or external audits.
• Experience with AI-based solutions and participation in projects on AI governance or compliance with international standards.
• Experience in developing internal policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Experience in monitoring the execution of corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of the principles of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and large language models (LLM).
• Understanding of the main risks of AI usage: data leakage, Prompt Injection, incorrect or unsafe model responses, improper use of models, third-party vendor risks, etc.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI risk management.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, API-based AI services.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI (preferred).
• English proficiency – Intermediate (B1) and above.
