As an AI GTM Engineer, you will build software that helps customers discover, adopt and get more value from CloudWalk’s products. Working with the SMB team, you will develop backend services, integrations and AI agents across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to product adoption and cross-selling.

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who can turn business challenges into working software, combining strong coding skills with curiosity about customer behavior and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations that support customer journeys and product growth.
• Build and evolve AI agents for acquisition, customer interactions and product adoption.
• Implement the logic and integrations behind new offers, referral programs, subscriptions and product launches.
• Design and run experiments across the customer lifecycle, defining hypotheses, success metrics and criteria for scaling.
• Use SQL and customer data to understand behavior, identify opportunities and measure the impact of your work.
• Own delivery from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write maintainable, documented code, troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve reliability.

Requirements

• Practical software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping applications or services.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with BigQuery, APIs, databases and system integrations.
• Solid engineering fundamentals, including software design, version control, testing and debugging.
• Experience developing AI agents or integrating LLMs into applications, and using AI tools in your development workflow.
• Practical experience with GTM initiatives, such as customer acquisition, onboarding, product adoption or cross-selling.
• A customer and product mindset, using experimentation and data to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Ownership and autonomy to move projects forward, learn quickly and navigate evolving requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and data pipelines.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or n8n combined with Python.
• Experience evaluating AI agents and implementing safeguards for reliable behavior.
• Familiarity with fintech, payments or products for small businesses.
