AI Hub Project Coordinator

About the Position

AI Hub based on the Dnipro Campus of the American University is a strategic initiative aimed at becoming the center of AI ecosystem development in Ukraine. This is more than just a separate project. This is an ecosystem that will unite education, business, science, and international technological partners for the development of applied artificial intelligence, training a new generation of AI specialists, and creating innovative solutions.

We are looking for an AI Hub Project Coordinator who will drive this initiative: coordinate the launch and development of the hub, build partnerships, ensure effective interaction between all project participants, and help create a space where new AI solutions, educational programs, and talents will be born.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the AI Hub project according to the approved roadmap
• Ensure interaction between Vodafone Ukraine, American University, and other partners
• Support the launch of initiatives within the AI Hub
• Coordinate the preparation and conduct of educational programs, workshops, hackathons, conferences, and other AI events
• Organize the work of project teams, plan meetings, monitor the fulfillment of agreements and key stages
• Maintain project documentation, prepare presentations, status reports, and analytical materials
• Coordinate cooperation with universities, technology companies, experts, and other partners
• Participate in the development of international partnerships and attracting new participants to the AI Hub
• Track the implementation of plans, budgets, and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Understanding of the modern AI market, technological trends, or a strong interest in the field of artificial intelligence and innovation
• Experience in project coordination, programs, or partnership initiatives for at least 2 years
• Experience in interacting with a large number of stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Developed organizational skills and the ability to work simultaneously on several directions
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project documentation, planning, and reporting
• English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech sector
• Experience in collaborating with universities, innovation ecosystems, accelerators is a plus
• Experience in organizing large-scale educational programs, conferences, or professional events
