AI Integration Architect / CTO (Logistics Automation)

We're seeking an AI Integration Architect for a next-generation logistics project, focusing on AI-driven automation and communication.

We are creating a digital AI ecosystem for logistics:

• AI agents
• Telegram bots
• Automation of communication (steps) in the funnel for clients and carriers
• AI telephony
• Auctions and distribution of requests
• Document management
• HR automation
• AI content factory

What Needs to be Automated

Logistics

• Telegram bot for clients and carriers
• AI dispatcher / AI operator
• Telephony + recognition + AI logic
• Auctions between carriers/clients
• Automatic document processing
• Integrations with CRM / Bitrix24 / API or development of our own interface
• Notifications, statuses, SLA control

HR Module

• AI recruiter
• Automatic candidate search
• Response processing
• AI interviews
• Candidate scoring
• Integrations with:
  • Telegram
  • Instagram
  • Work.ua
  • Robota.ua

AI Content Factory

Automatic content generation:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts

Generation:

• Scenarios
• AI videos
• AI voiceovers
• Publications
• Auto-posting

What is Important

We need NOT just a "regular developer".

We need someone who can:

• Build AI architecture
• Bring systems to production
• Not disappear after MVP
• Work with complex logic and integrations

• Python / Node.js
• Telegram API
• SIP / Asterisk / Twilio / Telephony
• AI Voice Agents

Format

Mini-CTO / Tech Lead format possible

We need someone who can build a real AI system, not just a "beautiful demo".
