About the Position
AI Linguistic Evaluator - Telugu
Location: Remote from Canada
Employment Type: Temporary/Contract
Work Schedule: Flexible
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Approximately 10-15 total hours (around 5 hours per day)
Rate: 16 USD/hour
Responsibilities
- Interacting with an AI assistant in Telugu.
- Translating provided prompts from English into Telugu and using them to interact with the AI application.
- Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines.
- Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
- Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Telugu.
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language.
- Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into Telugu.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience; or.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in language-related work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
- Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments.
- Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback.
Equipment Required
- Access to at least one personal device running iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS.
