AI Product Designer

About the Position

We are hiring an AI Product Designer to design SaaS products end to end, from a blank canvas to a clean developer handoff, using Claude Design. You will own product design as an individual contributor, working alongside engineering, sales, and customer success teams. You will move fast, turning rough ideas into polished, shippable flows with AI as your multiplier. We are not screening for years of experience or pedigree. We are screening for taste, product intelligence, and the rare ability to ship impressive work, fast. If the world has not caught up to how good you are yet, we would like to.

Responsibilities

• Take SaaS products from 0 to 1: decision-heavy and hands-on in Claude Design.
• Design complete experiences, not just screens: the flows, the states, the edge cases, and the unhappy paths.
• Produce interactive prototypes and a clear PRD your developers can build from.
• Use AI across your workflow to produce a lot of high-quality work, quickly.
• Challenge weak product ideas and make complexity legible.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual taste, UX and product thinking, information architecture, SaaS dashboard design, interaction and motion design, product copywriting, responsive and mobile design, design systems, accessibility, developer handoff, a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and the judgment to challenge weak product ideas.
• A bachelor's degree (any field).
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently, with no need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• You win our design challenge.
• No prior product-design job is required.

• Base pay range from $90,000 to $120,000 determined based on experience.
• Up to 10% Bonus in December determined based on performance annually.
