About the Position

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our design teams.

We solve web and mobile applications for clients from many sectors, including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and automotive.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI-driven product features that address key challenges in security operations and workforce efficiency
Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to discover impactful, real-world applications of artificial intelligence
Convert business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and partner with R&D teams to assess technical feasibility
Define performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of AI solutions in terms of user adoption, ROI, and overall business value
Stay informed on evolving AI regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring product designs are compliant and trustworthy
Lead go-to-market planning for AI capabilities, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize adoption
Support internal education by developing clear documentation and resources about AI features, use cases, and limitations for cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
Over 5 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or data-centric products
Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), agent-based workflows, and operational AI systems-especially within enterprise SaaS environments
Strongly preferred: background in security operations or workforce management domains
Demonstrated success in launching AI-powered features that yield tangible business results
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
Comfortable working in agile environments, leveraging data to inform decisions, and driving cross-functional collaboration

Salary: 25 200 – 35 000 PLN net/b2b
