AI Product Manager- Public 360 Tieto Indtech (m/f/d)

At Public 360, we develop software that helps public-sector organizations improve case handling, records quality, transparency, compliance, and citizen services. Public 360 is a purpose-built platform for the Nordic public sector, combining deep domain expertise with modern cloud and AI capabilities.

We are now looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI-related product innovation in Public 360.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI-related product vision and initiatives in Public 360
• Shape roadmap priorities based on customer value, business potential, and product quality for selected products – take ownership of the product PnL
• Build strong customer and market understanding to identify meaningful problems and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear product framing, concepts, epics, and user stories
• Support the efficient and responsible adoption of AI in our products and ways of working
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen our AI maturity and product innovation capabilities

Requirements

• Strong software product-management experience
  • Solid experience in product management and a strong product leadership mindset.
  • Ability to set direction, prioritize well, make trade-offs, and drive results in cross-functional teams.
• AI-innovation and productization mindset
  • Strong AI literacy and a clear understanding of how AI technologies can create product and business value.
  • Comfortable discussing concepts such as LLMs, agents, AI-workflows, model limitations, governance, privacy, and responsible AI with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Actively explore and apply modern AI and agentic tools in daily work and stay up to date with developments in the AI ecosystem.
• Public-sector domain understanding and interest
  • Experience from public administration within central government agencies, municipalities, or other public-sector environments is a strong advantage.
  • Base requirement is an interest in working with public administration and motivation to support their goals of quality, compliance, transparency, and trust.
• Team spirit and independence
  • Work well with others, communicate clearly, and also take ownership independently.
  • Bring energy, structure, and a collaborative mindset.
• Focus on quality and value
  • Care about solving the right problems and delivering useful, trustworthy, high-quality outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Nordic public-sector software or SaaS market and products
• Innovation management or concept development
• Agile product development and empowered teams
• AI governance or responsible AI practices

Language Skills

• Strong English and Nordic language skills are required.
