AI Product Manager - Public 360
Help shape the future of AI in the Nordic public sector
At Public 360, we develop software that helps public-sector organizations improve case handling, records quality, transparency, compliance, and citizen services. Our platform combines deep domain expertise with modern cloud and AI capabilities, serving public organizations across the Nordics.
We're now looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI-powered innovation in Public 360.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying meaningful customer problems, turning emerging technologies into real value, and shaping the future of a trusted public-sector platform.
You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and customer value, collaborating closely with development teams, designers, AI specialists, customers, and commercial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive definition and implementation for the next steps of AI product vision for Public 360
- Identify meaningful customer problems and translate them into product opportunities
- Own product performance and business outcomes, including product P&L - shaping product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
- Work closely with customers and the market to uncover emerging needs
- Turn insights into clear product concepts, epics, and user stories
- Drive responsible AI adoption while maintaining customer trust and innovation speed
- Strengthen AI capabilities, innovation practices, and product excellence across the organization
Requirements
- Experience leading software products from idea to impact
- Curiosity about AI and excitement about turning new technology into real customer value
- Enjoy working closely with customers to understand their challenges and opportunities
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear priorities and product decisions
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across disciplines
- Commitment to delivering trustworthy, high-quality solutions that people actually use
- Experience from the public sector or regulated environments (concrete work experience is not a requirement but interest is)
Nice to Have
- Nordic language skills (ideally including Norwegian)
- Understanding of Nordic working culture
