About the Position

AI Product Strategy & Operations Senior Manager

As a key member of the Platform Strategic Operations team, you will contribute to a user-centered AI product strategy that dials into our customers' needs and product specificities and also supports key operating initiatives in cooperation with our cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a user-centered AI product strategy
Support key operating initiatives in cooperation with cross-functional partners
Review business initiatives and track key metrics
Assist in operational processes such as Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning
Conduct market assessments and review strategy in partnership with senior staff and the Product Management team
Oversee AI initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency across the portfolio

Requirements

At least 8-10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar)
Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space
Experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence
Effective communication skills - both verbally and in writing and be comfortable in business and technical discussions
Track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, including the most senior staff members
Ability to collaborate well and think independently
Thrive at taking initiative and multi-task in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

Experience working for or with established enterprise tech companies
Experience in SaaS or PaaS product development, technical strategy, and product operations functions

Base pay of $165,500 - $289,600 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
