Job Description
The AI Project Coordinator / PMO will have the main mission of managing the AI initiative portfolio and supporting the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of project initiatives through ALTEN's support functions, ensuring the management of the AI request portfolio, the preparation of business cases, and the monitoring of ROI post-deployment.
Detail of the Mission
- Manage and monitor the AI demand pipeline.
- Support the qualification of use cases, the preparation of business cases, and their prioritization.
- Evaluate the potential business value and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Monitor the actual ROI, achievement of KPIs, and adoption of solutions post-deployment.
- Maintain portfolio reporting, roadmaps, and dashboards.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure follow-up of action plans.
- Collaborate closely with DSIG teams to assess impacts, dependencies, resource needs, and feasibility of implementation.
- Cover the scope of Corporate support functions: Finance, HR, Procurement, DDPS, BM, etc.
Qualifications
- Education: Bac+5 in engineering.
- Experience: 5 years in a similar position.
Required Skills
PMO / Project Management: Portfolio management, roadmap monitoring, management of request pipelines, multi-stakeholder coordination
Analysis & Reporting: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, KPIs, ROI, business cases
AI & Digital Transformation: Sensitivity to AI issues, understanding of business AI use cases, measurement of business value
Cross-functional: Communication, stakeholder management, ability to work in a cross-functional environment (Business, Transformation, DSIG)
